Very easy interview. Just know your staff. Networks, port forwarding, DHCP, NAT, vlan...
Salary is very low. They just cannot compete on the market. They were very surprised and upset I wanted so much )))

Entrevista
Cultural fit is a must, even though you definitely need to know your stuff. They insist a lot on behavior. Axis is a great and very interesting company which has a lot of things to share with who wants to work with them. So learn more about the company, moreover the story of the company. They need to know that you are well prepaired and that you are interested in the job you're applying for. Be SIMPLE, with an attentive, personalized and energetic speech.
The whole process took 1 month:
1 interview on Skype
1 phone call interview
1 face to face with the manager
1 face to face with the hiring manager and the responsible of the department.
They all were extremely kind. It's VERY IMPORTANT to be yourself, be present, answer to the question and try to let them know WHY they should hire you while answering each question. DON'T lie about your previous experiences because they will contact your references and ask for information. So if you had troubles in the past at your job, try not to give details but however tell the truth in a simple way. Hope this wa helpful. Good luck guys !
