Very lengthy interview process over the course of two months - it often took weeks to hear back from the recruiter and I almost never heard back unless I reached out directly. The process ultimately consisted of a recruiter phone screen, manager interview, take-home assessment, three peer interviews, and finally a director interview, Again two weeks after my final interview I had to reach out for an update - they let me know I was among the final two candidates and should have an answer in the next day or so. Finally had to reach out once again after the indicated timeframe to just find out that they had already gone ahead with the other candidate.
Everyone I spoke with was phenomenal, but the lengthy process and lack of communication from the recruitment team made for a frustrating process.

There was a phone call with a recruiter, then a phone call with direct supervisor. After that a project-based assignment. There may have been one other step after this but they completely ghost on you. I understand that you cannot be in touch with every applicant (I have hired many people) but I firmly believe if you ask someone to take time to do an assignment, you need to be in touch with them. You should also not be asking folks to do assignments if they aren't in your top 3-5 candidates. I get the feeling they only care about applicant experience on the surface.
