Over the phone interview with recruiter and a few basic questions. I directed most of the interview and was expected to ask most of the questions. Very low stress, just took them a while to respond back and inform me about the next stage of the process.

Initial phone screen with a really nice recruiter within a week of application submission, video interview with manager of specific team about two weeks after phone screen -- recruiter was pretty honest and upfront throughout the whole process when I had a competing offer
