Interview process was extremely exhaustive: Recruiter and hiring manager, followed by a take-home test which was allegedly supposed to take 1 hour (but which would actually require several hours to do well). Once the test was passed, there was a 4 person panel interview before the offer was made. The initial offer was a low ball (bottom of range) but was easy to negotiate up.
