It was an online interview for 30 minutes from Dubai. I was given the details of the interview 30 minutes after the agreed time(I was waiting half an hour). There were 4 interviewers but only one who was asking questions (the director). The interviewer kept cutting my answers, not respecting my perspectives. The interview kept laughing and dismissing my answers and telling me about the health sector in Saudi Arabia despite he is not from Saudi Arabia. Also, the interviewer made lot of assumptions based on nonfactual data, for example out of nowhere he will tell me "your leadership style is Laissez-faire".
