I received a phone call which included a screening and a few questions. They then presented
some experience based questions, and finished with situational questions. The offer was sent out then and there.

How would you go out of the way to help a struggling student in a group setting
Round 1: 15 minute phone call
Round 2: Hour long interview over hangouts. I prepared two lesson plans and gave the lessons with the interviewer pretending to be the student.
Round 3: Prepared two more lesson plans, sent them over email. Gave one lesson while the interviewer pretended to be the student, and the hiring manager observed.
Was offered a part time position.
