Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Axelon (New York, NY) en mar 2015
Entrevista
Interview was extremely short, was only asked about 3-4 questions. Total of 10 minutes. I was first interviewed by a guy who seemed pleasant and chatty. He asked me a couple of questions concerning work/study and my visa and then swapped with a woman who was cold and abrupt. She asked me 2 questions and then left, when the guy re-entered his demeanor had changed, he was much colder and shut off and wouldn't look me in the eye. He then said I could leave. After leaving the recruiter rang and asked what happened, I told him how it went, he then phoned back and said that they were concerned about my visa requirements and whether or not I needed sponsorship (they didn't ask me this in the interview), I explained that in one years time they will need to complete one small form but no financial contributions for me to continue to stay. The recruiter said he would explain this to Axelon but I never heard back from him nor Axelon despite sending an email to the Recruiter (Metcompanies) asking what had happened. I felt totally left in the dark,I wasn't given the opportunity to discuss my skills as I had very relevant experience and education, it was an awful experience. Now that I have read the reviews I am glad I didn't get a job here.

What did your previous job entail and why did you leave?
It was a good process had 3 round 1 -initial screening 2- aptitude test 3-face to face it was a simple and a interactive process. Me being a fresher i had a very good interview experience.
Attended the phone call interview, later an assessment on basic math related to time zone timings, pay rate, bill rate related basic questions, English question and logical reasoning asked,
overall it's an easy process. One should have minimum knowledge on basic math, english and reasoning skills

You would have a phone interview first, which further follows up with an in-person interview. After the interview, they would declare the results right away after which you would be provided an offer letter.
