The interview process started with a screening call and HR was very friendly and attentive. Then it jumped from screening call straight to business case/role play. I found it strange as you normally have a meeting with the Hiring Manager before that to discuss CV and behavioral questions. I received the task and structure of the interview that would be the presentation/role play, plus a small discussion around it, and they told me one interviewer would join. It ended up with 2 people interviewing, and it was like a Hiring manager interview plus a presentation altogether. I stayed there for nearly 1h and 30 min. I was exhausted!! I was also not expecting that and felt bombarded with multiple questions.
I would suggest separating the interview into stages, as it's too much for the candidate to do all in one go. Also, explain the structure of the interview so it does not catch the candidate by surprise.
It seems a bit disorganised, but I am sure it was an isolated case. They all seem very friendly.
