Usually three stages. First, they screen your CV. Then you get a call from HR and if they like you, they will submit your CV internally and arrange a meeting with senior management. There, you will need to prepare a presentation with a strategy for one of the example companies. They will also ask you questions regarding how Awin works and basic affiliate marketing questions. There might be one more meeting with other management people, but some have it and some don’t. Everyone is very nice!

It is divided in 2 main steps - first you have a telephone call to scope out details of job and then you have the main interview which is affiliate knowledge based with some technical expertise required followed by a presentation and then last round of 45 minutes where they ask questions about yourself
