Phone screener with the hiring manager that was about 30 minutes. Was told info about the process which included a take home assessment, and then invitation to meet the team in office, with two more visits to the office if moved into finals. Was given 48 hours to do an extensive project but given the time the project was sent (before business hours) it was more like 36 hours. Invited for an on-site to meet with hiring manager and team members. During interview was told what the next steps were, not potential next steps, and made it seem as though I’d be immediately moving to the next round. Following week the hiring manager emailed me saying they wouldn’t be moving me forward in the process.
