The interview had 3 parts: 1) phone screening 2) home assignment 3) system design and software development interview I liked how they encouraged me to ask questions and the interview felt open-ended and more like a discussion between colleagues. Also, I got a nice overview of how the team works during an office tour and I met people from other teams. The process could be improved by introducing a more strict timeline for the interview duration.
