Firstly a 20 minute phone interview with hr to get to know a little bit about you and decide if you can progress. There was then an online skills test. Then a 30/40 minute face to face interview with hr and two managers asking general questions about how you dealt with customers in past experiences and jobs etc

2 interviewers in the call. They ask some general questions a bit about your background and what you're interested in. Then they do a role play of a call and you have to pretend to help someone take out money from their pension. Then they ask 7 strength-based questions. Whether you get the job or not, they give you feedback. Unfortunately, despite knowing about my ADHD & dyslexia, the feedback was centred around that. So, despite saying on the job page that they accommodate for those kinds of things, they do not. Also to point out, the feedback shows that they want you to be very good at the job (specifically calling customers) from the beginning. However, it was pointed out in the interview that I didn't need to be perfect at that as they provide 8-12 weeks of training around this. So, therefore, feels a bit contradicting.
