I was contacted by a HR Business Partner and an interview was scheduled the next week. They rescheduled as my would-be line manager had travelled. It was a bog standard interview and was competency based, conducted by the hr business partner and the line manager. I have the interview on a Friday and was told i'd hear back early next week. I heard nothing so I emailed a week alter. Still nothing, so I called and left a message on the HR business partners voice mail. Still nothing and this was around 3 weeks after (!) so I called again and got through to her. She was very abrupt and was a bit rude. She said they hadn't made a decision yet and would be contacting me the next day. I have not heard from them and that last call was three weeks ago. Very disappointing experience and I wouldn't apply there again, I feel like I completely wasted my time.
