Applied online, went for a 1-on-1 interview with an actuarial manager. Questions tested technical aptitude in insurance/actuarial areas. No behavioural questions asked. Interview took about 30 mins. Whole process took about a month. As with all actuarial roles, technical knowledge is a must have.

Fairly straightforward application process. I had to submit my CV online and then complete a form explaining how I match the company values. After this, I had a telephone interview which was a standard competency based interview. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable.

There is only one round face-to-face interview. I was interviewed with a senior actuary and a manager in the personal line department. The overall experience is great. The interviewers are super nice. One easy technical question about Vlookup and one technical question about SAS. Even if you never used SAS before, but you can still read the code.
