Entrevista
First there is a group presentation, followed by a one by one interview, the presentation was good, annoying as l had already looked up the history of the company which l assumed they would ask in the separate interview, they do have good benefits but that’s it, you have to do three days of volunteer work a year which seems a bit of a joke especially when everything is going up. I could tell that my interviewer didn’t really care l was there and even said most people quit to get better paid jobs, no joke but when he said that l nearly left the interview said they would get back which they did with a general email saying sorry but look for other jobs for the company, glad l did not get the job as you have to book for a car park place 10 minutes walk, which seems incredibly silly as there is a car park for the company right next to the building where you work.
The interview process was good. The girl I spoke to was kind, they asked me standard questions for a normal interview. The process was nice and smooth. Didn't have any problems with that.
