Video interview with two interviewers. Since the beginning of the interview, one of them was disappointed by my CV as I didn't have the experience he was looking for. During the interview he continued with a negative attitude, challenging each and every word I said. The interview was mainly conducted by the other interviewer (who was happy with my responses) and lasted one hour. Generally speaking, I'm happy to be challenged and turn around predefined ideas but I expected a more professional attitude from both interviewers as well as from HR. I am not the one to be blamed if I am invited to interview for a role that they believe I don't have enough experience to take. Advice to HR: ensure both interviewers are willing to interview the candidate before wasting everyone's time and efforts.
