Easy, laid back, and straightforward. Managers and branch owners were very nice and respectful. Typical interview questions were asked and were very simple to answer. The interview process took less than a week to interview and hear back.

The interview was approximately one hour. I was great, I was able to impress them with my customer service skills. They were looking for people who work well with other employers, and customers - and they wanted to know who well I can solve issues with customers, even if they are difficult.
