Nel colloquio è richiesto una stima puntuale delle attività svolte nella propria carriera legate al tipo di posizione per cui si fa domanda. Una seconda parte riguarda domande mirate a quali sono le proprie skills e per quale motivo l'azienda dovrebbe scegliere te.

I was contacted for a video interview by email and they requested me to use a link to enter in a conference type-software 5 minutes before the schedule time. I was unable to connect through their link and I asked to arrange a new interview this time on telephone. Even thought the interviewer was very pleased to talk to, she didn't answer to my questions about some general details of the program, she was very vague about it. She only specified that the program was intended for only one person in that specific field and that it would be started in October 2019 (and I have to notify her if I get another job before this time). In general a very nice talk but it left me doubts about the company policy.
