There are several phases to go through. The expecations are clear such as the lenght of time and topcis covered. The questions are thoughtful and I was made to feel valued as my answer were listened and responded to. I felt as if they really wanted to know me.

Phase 1: Tell me about a time you were succesful, had a challenge.
How would your students/supervisor descibe you?
How to do manage stress?
Phase 2: I was asked to respond to a case study. The internview was then to talk about my plan and then I was questioned about my knowledge of teaching.
Phase 3: Questions were asked about my professional journey. Using my resume I had to talk about my history. What am I more proud of? What was hard? Why did I leave?
Process was smooth but a lot of people needed to meet me. Had to do a performance task which was lesson-based and not difficult. I thought the salary offered differed too much from one advertised.
The first round is a virtual video interview. This virtual interview is around 30 minutes. This interview consists of five or six behavioral questions. The virtual interview can make you feel not nervous and have time to think about the question.
