There were multiple interviews. Started with the HR team and then continued to the actual hiring team. Both were mostly behavioral interview type in nature. The interviewers were most interested in knowing why you would like to join and how much did you know about the company and their business

Quick, two rounds, then offer, lots of HR. A background check and thatsit. The background check is outsourced to a vendor and it’s very illogical. Be prepared for wait. They needed proof and documents. Too detailed.

Just had a phone interview. The recruiter was late to the call and clearly had not read my resume or the job description because she didn't have any specific questions. She also didn't seem to be listening to me.

Little adhoc scheduling.Interviewer had lesser experience than I had, got a sense he was not prepared for the interview. Was in the middle of travel while he interviewed so came across very unprofessional. Recruiter team was better than the mgmt team.
