I had an interview with Avature immediately after the pandemic started. Interview went very well and i was informed that they were impressed with my performance. Even thought no official offer letter was sent but i was assured to have gotten the job but just needed to go through my top secret background investigation. The company itself has an interview process outlined on their website. It appears that my last interview happens to be like the first stage of their interview process even thought i had already gone though i had already gone through all the processes necessry to be offered a job as outline on their site. This was a clear sign that i wasn't going to get the job, and it clearly show that i was being discriminated against. I was even told that "it will be difficult, as a foreigner to get a top secret clearance" and this statement came from one of the company's representative here in the US. There after i was bing thrown all over the place. from talking to CEO, to speaking to security personnel to detriment my eligibility for a top secret clearance. Took more than 4 months with the back and forth so i finally gave up. Clearance never got started.
