The in-house recruiter I spoke with seemed unprofessional and I left me suspicious that he wasn't acting in good faith. After an initial phone screen, I didn't hear back for a couple of weeks. When the recruiter contacted me again, I was asked for my availability for two specific days later that same week -- which I gave. A few days later, I got a meeting invite for for a different day of the week -- a day for which they didn't know my availability -- and for a job description that had nothing to do with my experience, skill set, or interests. I declined the interview and told them that I was not interested.
