First step was the initial interview where they convicte you that the experience is not important, they express how they don't offer a lot but they give you the space to learn and improve, etc. After that you are given a test task with 8 VERY GENERIC questions. So, I had to wait 10 days for them to review the test just to be declined and informed that my answers were TOO GENERIC. So, very hypocritical and unprofessional overall.
