I had an initial interview with HR, a second round with the manager and director of the team, and a third in person interview with two additional employees. Overall, the interview process was straightforward and it seems like a good team to work with.
In my first interview, I advised my salary minimum though indicated it was somewhat flexible. When I received an offer for the role, it was significantly less than my minimum and did not feel negotiable. I wish the company had been a bit more upfront about the salary range (though my bad for not confirming my min was within their range I guess) as it feels like a lot of time was wasted on all sides.
