There were 3 telephonic interviews and they mainly asked questions related to my resume. They ask questions related to my academics, my strength and knowledge about their company. When this company came during campus selection, they took a written exam and then personal interviews. They majorly need people who can teach and manage as well, because they are expanding at a great speed and to cope with their expansion they need good teachers.
