The company tries to bring the people form all the branches, be it mechanical, electrical, C&I, ECE, on a common platform by giving them all a common question paper having questions from various subjects of all the branches mentioned above. The paper is prepared by NPTI and since the company is looking to recruit people for power plants, there focus is the judge how much a candidate knows about topics relating to other branches but otherwise general in nature
