Hiring process is
1. Screening - interview with one of the chapter lead.
After 1 week
2. Technical Interview - panel interview with the team. In my case, they are BA and 2 Testers. Combination of technical and behavioral questions.
After 2 weeks
3. Final Interview - interview with Scrum Master and Manager. Prepare as they will also ask technical questions aside from behavioral
Final Result were shared after 2 weeks. Long recruitment process.
