The process consists of a call with one of their resourcers who will ask you various questions about your skills and experience and also go through your CV. They ask how long you've been in the trade, how qualified you are and all about the work you are looking for. They are very welcoming and make you feel like you are becoming a part of their team even though you probably never meet them as you are not required to go and visit them in their office. Everything is done over the phone.
