They took around 3 rounds of Interview. I have cracked all of three. Firstly, they called me and ask the current job profile and all. Thereafter, first round of interview took place. After that, HR called me for salary negotiation. Basically they convinced me on one amount by telling that if I am agree with that amount then and then only we proceed. I agreed as I wanted to work on that field. Thereafter, rest of the interview process has been done. After completing all the process and finalizing the amount they told me that they will consider the requirement in next quarter, even though they send me break up of the salary and all the discussion had already happened for the offer letter. Meanwhile I have asked lot of times whether decision is confirmed or not. HR was like it is confirmed and they have certain process which needs to be followed. But after one week they they told me NO with big SORRY. It is the worst management I have ever seen.

Totally there were 3 rounds of interview. First 2 rounds are purely technical and other one is managerial round. Technical rounds are mainly based on the things we've worked. Managerial round contains the behavioural questions.
