We were 8 people in a group interview. We simulated a construction company, and we had to find solutions to our problem with the delivery of the project and the budget.

The interview process consists of two steps: Online Assessment: A one-hour test on TestGorilla covering various areas, including logical reasoning, reading comprehension and technical questions. Group Interview: A collaborative session with 8–10 candidates, where you're given a real-world scenario to discuss as a team within one hour. Afterward, your group presents the proposed solution to the interviewers.
