Applied online. The recruiter did a phone screen followed by an interview with TA Manager and onsite with the HR Director. From the onsite interview I could feel the vibe the culture was not a fit. Decided after that interviewi, this was not for me. You would spend your day on EE relations with high school mentality. The recruiter was not professional and did not provide an email or any follow-up after the on-site interview. Candidates expect an update; it's professional. Dodge a bullet with this one. If an offer was made it was going to be declined.
