The process started with an initial interview focused on my background, motivation, and fit for the Business Analyst role. After that, I had a second interview that included a case study focused on business analysis, profitability scenarios, and structured decision-making. Although the process was initially presented as having two interview stages, there was also a third interview with the manager above the project manager, who wanted to meet me personally after both HR and the project manager had already approved my profile for the role. In the end, they decided to move forward with another candidate.
