Initial interview in the backroom of a large store, you'll be interviewed by someone you'll probably never seen again. If they like your answers, you'll take a auto knowledge test and a second interview with a higher manager. Then you'll get placed in a store you didnt want to work in and be interviewed by the store manager.
Asked to come in to location and did a basic interview. Manager conducted interview and started the hiring process right away. Then had to do training for about a week. Sat at the computer for days completing training exams.
Just basic questions like tell me about yourself, your experience, skills, and qualities. How would I upsell or recommend additional products to a customer? Friendly. Was offered a job and accepted at the end.

The interview was in person, I was interviewed by the supervisor of the store. It was a quick interview, the main theme of the interview is to see how much knowledge you have in the automobile department
