I had three stages and took over six weeks. The initial interview consisted of a brief test on automotive systems. The second interview was with the Idiot District Manager and the third interview was with the Regional Staff. Initially I interviewed for a counterman but was told I was too experienced and I should interview for Commercial Manager. At the second interview I was told I was too experienced and that I should interview for a Store Manager position. At the end they made an offer which I accepted in writing and verbally. when I arrived at the store they claimed to have hired someone else with no other explanation.
