Quick and informative. sat down with the manager and discussed different aspects of my employment history and the type of work i would be doing for them. We discussed the pros and cons of the job as well as why i was interested in an entry level position.
Asked to come in to location and did a basic interview. Manager conducted interview and started the hiring process right away. Then had to do training for about a week. Sat at the computer for days completing training exams.
Just basic questions like tell me about yourself, your experience, skills, and qualities. How would I upsell or recommend additional products to a customer? Friendly. Was offered a job and accepted at the end.
