I went through two phone calls, one with HR, the other with my direct manager. Mostly behavioral, but some accounting specific questions. The interview with HR was pretty basic, but I would recommend preparing thoroughly to ensure that you are successful.

The interview process was fairly straightforward. It started with an initial phone screening with HR, followed by one or two rounds of interviews with team members and a hiring manager. Questions were a mix of behavioral and role-specific topics. Communication was generally clear, though there were some gaps between stages where follow-up took longer than expected. Overall, the process felt organized but could have moved a bit faster.

They called me and set up a phone call interview. The phone call interview was questions correlating to the position I was applying to. After the interview, I received another phone call saying for me to come in for an in person interview. I met with about 3 different people. Called me saying I got the job about 3 weeks after.
