Quick and to the point. Applied for a part time cashiers position and was offered a management position. Was told to start asap. Worked long hours and was understaffed some times but overall a great experience. Management was friendly and understanding if you ever have family issues that need to be taken care of.

Went in to meet with the ASM, he asked a bunch of questions. I was asked when I could start. It was VERY casual. I went into the back like break room area and spoke with the ASM while he microwaved his ramen noodles.

Two interviews and done. I don’t remember much about the initial check in but I met with the store manager and everything went smoothly. Customer Service is the highlight of it all. Be willing to learn the rest.

There are two interviews. One with the stores General Manager and another with the district manager. The interviews are fairly simple with a small quiz on car part names and common interview questions.
