Basic interview process two step interview started with a group interview then separated us. Some stores needed to be built they do not discuss rate sometimes depends. Hard to grow if you don’t really have any experience or know much about cars requires basic knowledge of parts etc nothing is set in stone
Asked to come in to location and did a basic interview. Manager conducted interview and started the hiring process right away. Then had to do training for about a week. Sat at the computer for days completing training exams.
Just basic questions like tell me about yourself, your experience, skills, and qualities. How would I upsell or recommend additional products to a customer? Friendly. Was offered a job and accepted at the end.
