Easy interview. You first get a call with the store manager, then talk to him/her for a while. If you get approved by the store manager then you get an interview with the district manager. After that, you get a background check (No drug test) and then if hired get a call.
took 1 min. but that was when they were desperate for employees and they still are, but would not recommended for people who are in for the long haul, but you do meet nice people

The interview was overall an easy one. If you have common sense and know some basic info about cars, you will do just fine. Very few if any difficult questions.

My Interview consisted of 2 interviews. First, I applied online and got a call about a week later. Scheduled my interview with the Store Manager. During the interview the questions asked were more so of how I dealt with situations while at my old job. Then he went onto what they expect, background info on the company, availability and to name parts for certain car systems such as the brake and a/c system. My second Interview was with a customer rep who basically went over what the store manager had written down from our interview and basically told me what the expectations are. Literally was there for less than 20 minutes. Then, was offered the job.
