Hiring Process took 2 days. After sending in application, I got a phone call 2 days after. Ended up setting up an interview that same day in the afternoon.Once you arrive there, you'll have to wait if the store manager isn't busy to do the interview. The interview took about an hour because it got a little side tracked. After interview was offered job, and salary.
Asked to come in to location and did a basic interview. Manager conducted interview and started the hiring process right away. Then had to do training for about a week. Sat at the computer for days completing training exams.
Just basic questions like tell me about yourself, your experience, skills, and qualities. How would I upsell or recommend additional products to a customer? Friendly. Was offered a job and accepted at the end.

The interview was in person, I was interviewed by the supervisor of the store. It was a quick interview, the main theme of the interview is to see how much knowledge you have in the automobile department
