its a one on one interview in the back that is very casual and laid back followed by a oral test about vehicle information and then an explanation of the rest of the process and the pay and the benefits.
Easy aggressively informal. Spoke on a few topics mainly the base understanding of how to fix a car and customer engagement and service related question son how lung you have worked with customers

Easy and quick, doesn’t take but 30 minutes or less depending on the job. Store manager will ask something like “Do you have customer service experience” or something similar. If you are trying to get a different kind of job role then your interview might be different from everyone else’s, the store manager also asks “Do you know how to remove and replace windshield wipers” or “If you have a valid drivers license”.
walk in the store, ask where they where doing interviews. The guy at the counter told me it was in the back. headed to the back, and was asked the normal interview questions. nothing out of the ordinary
