Entrevista
Interview process consists of
1) HR screening and psychology test
2) TPM leadership round
3) Development team assessment on architecture design and technical questions .
4) HR round
Overall experience is good till HR round.
HR resource who handled the salary negotiation is not professional , acknowledged that she will check and get back . Invested so many hours to clear the rounds , received exceptional feedback , offered the job and took back , all because of HR team being so unprofessional and giving different feedback to prospective employees.
Had very bad opinion on the firm as a whole.
Even after accepting the offer and after multiple email chasers , received email that they want to proceed with other employee as there is mismatch in salary expectations initially discussed .
