The process is lengthly but not painful. I had applied online and someone reached out to me for a phone interview. That conversation went well. Then I was scheduled to take assessments and have my first face to face interview. Next, I was invited to do a ride along with a current employee to see a typical day in the field. Finally, I met with the RVP for a final interview.

Met with Branch Manager and he was a nice guy. Very robotic for our first interview and not prepared. Next I spoke with the Regional VP who was insanely arrogant. Talking about firing people in the past does not get me excited about working here. Also going all the way back to my first job that isn't relevant to the role seems stupid. I asked a question about the culture, guy had no clue what I was talking about.
Took an assessment that was an hour long asking dictator like questions. I wasn't given an offer, but I'm glad that I didn't.

Multiple step interview process with an extremely long weird personality test. The Regional manager at the time, who got fired shortly after I started, made me repeat another step of the interview process, which was annoying.

Three Assessments and then you interview with the branch manager and some guy who didn’t even introduce himself. I don’t know if the process is company-wide but very unprofessional as far the interview goes. The receptionist was way more accepting than those two guys who seen me outside before the interview even started didn’t even greet themselves or say anything. Just expect to talk about yourself and your work history nothing else. If an offer was made would gladly decline. Horrible Experience and waste of time.
