My interview process was delightful to say the least. I truly enjoyed Stephen professionalism and his knowledge of the field. I really liked the role play scenarios that we completed. I am excited to be a part of this company.

Entrevista
The interviewer was a registered behavior technician with over 3+ years working with the company. We greated each other and he explained the role and job position. He confirmed some basic role questions that were asked during the phone interview. Later we talked a bit about each of our backgrounds and later some behavioral questions.

They asked me about my personal work experience and what motivated me to apply for the position. They also asked about my education background, my long-term career goals, and my previous job experience. The interviewer asked me to share one of my weakest skills, something I appreciated about a past supervisor, and a challenge I’ve overcome. Toward the end, they included a few role-playing questions that required some creativity.
