Overall it was an excellent process. I really liked how thorough the interview process was, which shows how dedicated the agency is at choosing their candidates carefully. I liked how the initial interview was for screening to ensure candidate is qualified for the position. I also really liked that the second part of the interview process was to meet with the regional clinical director to ensure candidate is qualified and a right fit for the position.
