Met with a board of about 4 principals. These were principals that had openings at their schools. they asked basic information regarding the job description of being an assistant principal. They did ask how I felt about loyalty to the county and superintendent policies. the county kind of has an unwritten rule about diversity = One for one swap. if a black administrator leaves, they hire a black to replace and also if a white administrator leaves, they replace with a white one. It is so backwards and really racist.
