The process felt quite lengthy and unproductive. There were four interviews, and the questions appeared to be somewhat disorganized, rushed, and repetitive. It was confusing to meet with the staff and visit classrooms for a specific grade level, only to later be informed that the position would be adjusted to a different grade level.
