Contacted via telephone for an in person interview. Interview was a panel of 3. I was asked what I knew about the school, how I’ve handled difficult situations and how would my past employer describe me.
Great and very easy going. Loved that they understood a lot of my past experience and worked with me through answering some difficult questions. They would break down questions when I did not understand them.
Online interview with ten canned questions, asked by team members and administrator. Very apparent everyone is reading off a screen, and seemed rather unengaged. Questions were similar to nearby school districts.

The interview process was organized and effective. The interviewer was professional and prepared. The atmosphere was kind and comfortable. It was not overly long and redundant. I walked away feeling satisfied.
