The whole interview was uncomfortable and I was left disappointed. I had a teams interview with three members of staff. The job advertisement didn't prepare candidates for the interview process; it was a lot more formal than anticipated and rather than having a conversation, they just fired a list of questions at me. It felt like I was being spoken down to by the main interviewer and they made no attempt to make me feel at ease. It felt really unnatural but having read their reviews as an employer, I probably dodged a bullet.
