Recruitment process was initiated by a recruiter. I was Invited for a face to face discussion. There was a panel of 3/4 people asking questions about my previous projects, my resume, basic embedded systems and operating systems questions along with some behavioral questions. In general the interviewers were good not scary! After that it took 2 - 3 days for them to inform me about the results. they asked for references. Once the reference check was done I was sent an formal offer letter.
